I used to use their lyrics and songs a lot when teaching (I'm in a teaching hiatus, unfortunately). I absolutely adore their simple but meaningful songs!!!
I had absolutely no idea that they could be used for teaching. In high school, we studied Tupac in poetry, but never the Beatles. Abbey Road is one of my favorites, too! (Partially because I'm named after it...) Are there any other bands or albums that have similar statistics?
