Craigslist Conundrums - A Bracketing Paradox and a Semantically Unclear Preposition

Following is a screen shot from craigslist that has a couple of interesting conundrums.

1. If the travel website is disabled, why do they need bloggers? Or is it a website for disabled travelers? [[disabled][travel website]] or [[disabled travel][website]]

2. Is this an ad looking for someone to write on the subject of caffeine or is it an ad looking for a writer who is drinking caffeine and is therefor "on caffeine?"

Aren't all writers on (as in, drinking a LOT of) caffeine? :) LOL. That person should have NO problem finding a writer if that's the sort of writer they're looking for!

(I used to drink 2 Tallboys of cherry Amp a day. I've not gotten myself down to 1 Tallboy of low-carb Monster. This is an improvement. I also used to chew Jolt mints like nobody's business, to the point where I'd eventually start talking like I was an Alvin and the Chipmunks cassette tape on fast-forward.)

I usually go through a 12 pack of Diet Coke each day. Bad habit, I know.
